These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the HER-OS™ Network Core website, services, and related materials provided by Group Forty Three LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

By accessing this website or purchasing access to HER-OS™ Network Core, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.

Business Use Only

HER-OS™ Network Core is intended for business organizations and leadership teams. By using this service you represent that you are acting in a business capacity.

Intellectual Property

HER-OS™ Network Core, including all prompt architecture, structural logic, calibration frameworks, documentation, and system design, constitutes proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets of Group Forty Three LLC.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• extract or copy prompts
• duplicate system architecture
• reverse engineer the system
• create derivative systems
• redistribute the system outside their licensed organization
• train other AI systems using system content

Unauthorized use constitutes material breach and may result in termination and legal action.

Third-Party Platform Use

HER-OS™ Network Core operates through OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. Group Forty Three LLC does not control OpenAI infrastructure and is not responsible for its availability or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Group Forty Three LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the System.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida.

Users waive the right to jury trials and class action claims.

Group Forty Three LLC may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Modifications

Group Forty Three LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
