Your privacy matters. This policy explains what Group Forty Three LLC collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers our website, IRREPLICABLE™, HER-OS™, Human, by Design, our free trainings, our emails and our Instagram messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Your name and email address when you sign up for a free training, apply to become a partner, or make a purchase.
Purchase details, such as what you bought, the price and the date. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your IRREPLICABLE™ conversation and the report created from it.
Your Instagram name and messages, if you message us or comment a keyword to receive a resource.
Anything you choose to send us, such as feedback or an email.
IRREPLICABLE™ conversations and reports
Your conversation is private. It is used only to create and deliver your report.
It is stored securely and kept confidential. It is never shared, sold or used to market to anyone, and access is limited to what is needed to deliver your report and support you.
Your conversation is processed by an AI service under a setting that tells the provider not to keep it. It is not used to train AI models.
We never use the content of your conversation or report in marketing. We share a customer's words only with her permission, and without her full name unless she agrees.
HER-OS™ conversations
Your HER-OS™ conversations are private. We do not use them for marketing.
When you sign up for a free training, you will receive the training and a short series of emails about our work. When you purchase, you will receive the emails needed to access and use what you bought.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. Our emails are sent through Kit (ConvertKit).
Instagram messages
If you comment or message a keyword, an automated message sends you the resource you asked for. We use ManyChat for this. We only message you about what you requested.
Founding Partners
Some people reach us through a Founding Partner, a person who recommends our work to her audience and earns a commission.
Group Forty Three is the seller of every purchase. If you sign up or buy through a partner's page or link, you become a registrant or customer of Group Forty Three, and your information is held under this policy.
Partners receive reports of registrations, purchases and commissions. They do not receive your contact details or anything from your conversation or report unless you agree.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run our business: Stripe (payments), Kit (email), ManyChat (Instagram messages), Squarespace (website), Vercel and Supabase (the IRREPLICABLE™ app), Resend (login emails) and OpenAI (AI processing). Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies needed to run the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as you are a customer or subscriber, and as long as needed for our records, taxes and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@groupfortythree.com and we will respond within 30 days.
