1. Who we are
Group Forty Three LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Naples, Florida ("Group Forty Three," "we," "us"). You can reach us at info@groupfortythree.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to our website and to everything we sell or offer, including IRREPLICABLE™, HER-OS™, Human, by Design, Network Core™ and our free trainings. Network Core™ is also governed by its own License Terms, which apply in addition to these terms. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to these terms.
3. What our products are, and are not
Our products are tools and services for reflection, clarity and business thinking. They are not medical, legal, financial or tax advice, therapy, or crisis support, and they do not guarantee income, business results or any other outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and are charged when you buy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made. Founding, promotional or discounted prices apply only for the period stated.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (groupfortythree.com/refund-policy). In short: IRREPLICABLE™ can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not started your conversation, and is final once started. HER-OS™ subscriptions can be refunded once, within 7 days of your initial purchase. Human, by Design is final once your session is booked. Complimentary access is not refundable.
6. Subscriptions
HER-OS™ and Network Core™ subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, except as our Refund Policy allows.
7. Your access
Each purchase is for the person who bought it (or, for Network Core™, the licensed organization). Please keep your login private and do not share or resell your access.
8. Our work and yours
Our methods, frameworks, software, prompts, content, designs and trademarks belong to Group Forty Three LLC. Your IRREPLICABLE™ report is yours to keep and use for your own personal and business purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer our products, or use them to build or train a competing product or system.
9. Technology we use
Some of our products use AI services to process your answers and produce your results. Results can contain mistakes, so please use your own judgment before relying on them. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy (groupfortythree.com/privacy-policy).
10. Founding Partners
Some purchases are made through a Founding Partner's page or link. Group Forty Three LLC is always the seller. Partners are independent and cannot make promises on our behalf.
11. Fair use
Please do not misuse our website or products, interfere with how they work, or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for misuse.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Group Forty Three LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Collier County, Florida, unless a product's own terms say otherwise (Network Core™ disputes follow the arbitration terms in its License Terms).
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
