HER-OS™ Network Core

Subscription & Billing Policy

HER-OS™ Network Core operates on a subscription licensing model.

Seat Licensing

Seat licenses are billed monthly via Stripe.

Seat bands are declared during onboarding.

Seat bands may increase but shall not decrease.

Minimum Commitment

All licenses require a 12-month minimum commitment.

After the initial term, licenses renew month-to-month.

Cancellation

Cancellation requires 60-day written notice to:

Failed Payments

A three-day grace period applies following failed payments.

After three unsuccessful attempts, system access may be suspended.

Reinstatement requires payment of outstanding balances plus a $150 administrative fee.
