Refund Policy

All purchases of HER-OS™ Network Core are non-refundable.

Implementation Fee

The Implementation Fee for system calibration and deployment is non-refundable once the system build process has begun.

Monthly License Fees

Monthly licensing fees are non-refundable.

Refinement Window

Following delivery of the system, Licensees are granted a 14-day refinement window for minor calibration adjustments including:

• calibration clarity
• tone alignment
• signal phrase confirmation

Structural rebuilds or redesign are not included.
