License Terms

HER-OS™ Network Core is licensed, not sold.

Licensees receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System within their Direct Downline organization only.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All right, title, and interest in HER-OS™ Network Core remains exclusively owned by Group Forty Three LLC.

This includes:

• prompt architecture
• calibration logic
• signal frameworks
• deployment structure
• documentation and improvements

Redistribution Restrictions

Licensees may not:

• extract prompts
• duplicate architecture
• create derivative systems
• train other AI models using the system
• redistribute the system outside their Direct Downline

AI System Protection

Licensees shall not use any portion of the System to train or develop competing artificial intelligence systems.

Licensees may not reconstruct or replicate the functional architecture of the System.
